Securing our Southern Border

🔒 1. Restore Full Authority to ICE

ICE must be fully funded, fully empowered, and never politically handcuffed again. I will:

• End sanctuary city protections
   
• Mandate deportation of repeat offenders and violent illegal aliens
   
• Eliminate catch-and-release policies
   
• Restore federal-local cooperation on immigration enforcement
   

Arizona still has massive security gaps. I will:

• Complete construction of the southern border wall
   
• Deploy drones, ground sensors, and modern surveillance
   
• Push for increased manpower and operational funding in Yuma, Tucson, and other critical sectors
   

H.R. 1177, the “U.S. Citizenship Act,” is a blueprint for open borders and endless amnesty. As your Senator, I will:

• Vote NO on all forms of mass amnesty
   
• Sponsor legislation to fix loopholes in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA)
   
• Ensure enforcement-first immigration reform
   

The current abuse of the 14th Amendment allows illegal aliens to have children on U.S. soil and anchor their presence through birthright citizenship—a policy never intended by the framers of the Constitution.

I will:

• Sponsor legislation to clarify the 14th Amendment as applying only to those subject to the jurisdiction of the United States (i.e., lawful residents and citizens)
   
• End the incentive that draws illegal migrants to our hospitals and delivery rooms
   
• Work to eliminate taxpayer-funded benefits tied to birthright exploitation
   

Cartels are operating industrial-scale smuggling networks right on our doorstep. It’s time we treat them like the terrorist organizations they are.

I will:

• Push for FTO designation of the largest drug and human trafficking cartels
   
• Target NGOs and “charities” that aid and abet illegal entry
   
• Enhance intelligence-sharing and enforcement tools across federal agencies
   

Legal immigration must be reformed to prioritize America’s interests:

• Move to a merit-based system
   
• Mandate E-Verify nationwide
   
• End chain migration and visa lottery programs
   
• Require strict background checks, health screenings, and English proficiency
   

A nation without borders is not a nation.
Arizona deserves a Senator who will put our security, laws, and citizens first.
